The Director of Operations is responsible for making sure that the mentorship program runs smoothly by facilitating all mentor-mentee introductions, gathering feedback from mentees, and continuously improving our day to day operations. You will also be responsible for recruiting and building the operations team.
Director of Global Outreach
The Director of Global Outreach is responsible for strengthening the relationship between Leap2College and the student community by building a network of peers and mentors. Other responsibilities include building the outreach team by hiring outreach directors for other high schools, reaching out to alumni and counselors for interviews/mentorship, and more.
Director of Marketing
The Director of Marketing is responsible for creating a brand image for Leap2College on various social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and planning out and executing the marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for recruiting and building the marketing team.
Director of Content
The Director of Content is responsible for researching and creating content for the site and social media, creating promotional videos, editing interviews, and updating the site.
As a Director of Outreach for your school, you would be responsible for all Leap2College outreach in your school and community. You will be the lead for helping spread awareness to current high schoolers about the program, and reaching out to alumni to become mentors for the mentorship program. We will guide you with the process, and provide templates that you can use.
